A Mediterranean Solution? Chances of Success
This paper summarises the views that were presented at the workshop from which the collection arises by considering the problems and prospects of a Mediterranean solution. The conclusion is that such processing carries too many risks of a breach of human rights and, moreover, does not promise to be an effective solution.
